ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Super easy! Just:
1. Add your fave items to the cart.

2. Click the shopping bag icon and review your order.
3. Hit Checkout, enter your details, and complete payment.
4. Get ready—your order is on its way!

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also go to Track Your Order in our footer menu, enter your tracking number, and get real-time updates instantly!

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we move fast to get it ready. If you need to cancel, email us ASAP—if it hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate you! If it’s already processed, you’ll need to wait for delivery and initiate a return.

Are customs and duties included in my order?
Nope, customs and duties are not included and vary based on your country’s regulations. Any import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, so choose your fave and save the rest for next time!

Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Absolutely! Every piece is carefully checked before shipping to ensure the highest quality. If you ever receive an item that’s not perfect, contact us, and we’ll make it right.


PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and ShopPay. Secure and easy!

My payment failed—what should I do?
First, double-check your billing details match your card’s registered address. If it still doesn’t work, try another payment method or contact your bank. Need help? Email us!


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations. For a full list of countries and shipping times, check out our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 6-14 business days in Australia & New Zealand and 8-16 business days for international orders. Express options may be available at checkout!

Why isn’t my tracking updating?
No stress—sometimes it takes 24-48 hours for tracking info to refresh. If your order is still within the estimated delivery time, it’s on its way!

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once delivered, Peach Avenue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local courier before reaching out to us.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns! Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For full details, check out our Return Policy.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@thepeachavenue.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo (if there’s a quality issue)

We’ll guide you through the next steps!

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and sent to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?
Not at the moment, but you can return your item and place a new order for the size or style you prefer!
