ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-orders and peak sale periods).
- You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
- Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect once the carrier picks up your package.
- Pre-orders: If you’ve ordered a pre-sale item, we don’t recommend selecting express shipping.
💡 Tip: If you don’t see tracking updates immediately, don’t worry—carriers can take a little time to scan and update packages.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included at checkout. These fees are set by your country and must be paid upon delivery.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Peach Avenue cannot declare purchased items as gifts or undervalue them on customs forms.
CHANGES & ADDRESS ISSUES
- Need to change your shipping address? Contact us ASAP before your order ships at info@thepeachavenue.com.
- Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the address.
HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
