PEACH AVENUE RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right—and that’s okay. At Peach Avenue, we aim to make returns as simple and stress-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about returning your order.


How Long Do I Have to Return?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you have two options:

  • Store Credit: Receive a refund in the form of store credit within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Original Payment Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method if the return is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please Note: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.


How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@thepeachavenue.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
    • A photo of the item(s) (if there’s a quality issue)
  2. We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days and send a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your chosen option.

Tip: Keep your return tracking number until your refund has been processed.


What Can I Return?

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • Not marked as Final Sale

Items that are NOT eligible for return:

  • Lingerie, tights, socks, and accessories (except bags and belts)
  • Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact)
  • Matching sets (must be returned together—not as individual pieces)
  • Items purchased with store credit only (Final Sale)

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you received a damaged item or the wrong color, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

To arrange this, email us at info@thepeachavenue.com with:

  • A photo of the item showing the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll send out the correct or new item immediately. There’s no need to return the damaged or incorrect item. Please note that in these cases, customers are not eligible for a refund, as we’ll be providing a replacement.


What Isn’t Considered a Quality Issue?

Before requesting a return, please be aware that the following are not considered defects:

  • Slight color variations due to screen differences
  • Loose threads, raw edges, or minor texture differences in fabric
  • Fit or sizing issues (refer to our size chart before ordering)
  • Wear and tear from use, washing, or improper care

Where Is My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are sent to your bank within 5 business days (timing depends on your bank).
  • PayPal & Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Store Credit Payments: Orders paid fully with store credit are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or return.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order.

  • You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation.
  • After this period, your order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already been processed, we kindly ask that you allow it to be delivered and then follow our Return Policy to initiate a return.

To request a cancellation within the 2-hour window, please contact us at info@miamontreal.com with your order number and cancellation request. We’ll confirm your cancellation as soon as possible.


Additional Information

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
  • Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.
  • Ensure only Peach Avenue items are returned. We are not responsible for non-Peach Avenue items accidentally sent in return packages.
